The cornerstone of today's hotel Vicko was set in the year 1967, when the family of Vicko and Ruža Katić founded the famous restaurant "4 FERALA" (1977 won the award "BEST ON THE ADRIATIC). Continuing a long-standing restaurant and tourist tradition, the families of Vicko and Zoran Katić opened the hotel Vicko on April 12th 1990, among the first in the Republic of Croatia.

The hotel is categorized with 3 stars; it has 23 rooms (AC, shower and toilet, balcony, sea view and a park), a large restaurant with air condition and a terrace, a congress hall with 120 seats, café-bar, exchange office, souvenir shop, a secured parking lot, access to the beach and the playground. In 2004 the hotel was renovated and modernized. The hotel has a staff of 14 permanent employees and around 15 season workers and students in training.

GASTRONOMY

The long-standing acknowledged and award wining cuisine and customer service tradition started with the "4 FERALA" restaurant and continued with the opening of the Hotel and Villa Vicko. The traditional Dalmatian homemade cooking, old recipes flavoured with healing herbs from the Velebit mountain, vegetarian and diet dishes, classic dishes and the luscious choice of Dalmatian delicacies will leave no guest indifferent.
